Second Source puts you in charge of an OSINT watch floor, where reports arrive faster than you can read them. Each report includes an agency, timestamp, position and text; fabricated reports contain one contradiction among those details. Cross-check the information against the board and decide what to act on before unattended reports disappear.

Your decisions affect the desk meter and the situation on the map: correct calls earn credits, intel and classified files, while mistakes lower DEFCON. If the building is breached, play shifts to a top-down stealth extraction. The game includes Shift, Campaign, Daily Challenge, Endless and standalone Field Op modes, plus eight case files, three save slots, 26 achievements, English and Spanish text, and an offline vector map.

Gameplay and features

• Investigate incoming reports: Compare each report’s agency, timestamp, position and text with the board to find the single inconsistency in fabricated intelligence.
• Manage the watch floor: Prioritize reports before they drop off the desk. FLASH and LOW priorities carry different weights, and your calls affect the desk meter and DEFCON.
• Escape through stealth: When the building is breached, navigate a top-down extraction with guards, vision cones, radios, silent takedowns and procedural floors.
• Choose a play mode: Play a timed Shift, three Campaign operations, a shared-event Daily Challenge, clock-free Endless mode or the standalone Field Op extraction.
