Final Fantasy Resonance description

In Final Fantasy Resonance, travel with companions bound by fate and call on Visions in battle while seeking the truth behind a force threatening to destroy everything. The adventure returns to the pixel-art world of FINAL FANTASY, with familiar series elements including airships, crystals, espers and moogles woven into its story.

The story brings together companions connected by fate as they investigate the threat endangering the world. Visions—echoes of characters from across FINAL FANTASY—join the party in battle, linking the adventure to the series’ wider cast.

Gameplay and features

Turn-based battles: Target enemy weaknesses to stagger foes and break their defenses, creating opportunities to take extra turns. Resonance attacks add another way to strike during these battles.
Visions in the party: Visions are echoes of FINAL FANTASY characters who fight alongside the team. Each has unique skills and abilities, supporting party customization.
Optional challenges: Explore side activities that include encounters with the wandering swordmaster Gilgamesh, monster battles in the Colosseum, and formidable foes sealed within legendary weapons in the Chamber of Arms. The world also includes a showdown with Ultima Weapon.
