Rise Of The Merchants description

Rise of the Merchants is a medieval simulation game set in a persistent online world, combining city-building, economics, politics and trade. Begin with a small settlement and develop it into a trading city, building production facilities and connecting with neighboring settlements through trade routes.

Shape your approach through economic planning, political influence, negotiation or strategy, with decisions affecting your settlers and the wider world. The game features a player-driven economy alongside NPC traders, and changing seasons bring new challenges as your city grows.

Gameplay and features

Build and develop your city: Construct more than 50 buildings and production facilities, then upgrade and customize structures with different materials, colors and levels.
Create goods and trade: Set up production chains to process raw materials, then send caravans to neighboring settlements. Plan routes around distance, terrain and bandit threats.
Manage your settlers: Settlers have individual skills, traits and needs that affect city life. Their development and your decisions can lead to unexpected outcomes.
Pursue influence your way: Complete chapter tasks through economic strength, negotiation or political connections, or take part in optional PvP that includes sabotage.
