Enshrouded description

Enshrouded is a survival and Action RPG set across the voxel-based continent of Embervale, a realm consumed by a pestilence unleashed by your ancestors. Starting with little more than the will to survive, you scavenge the remains of a lost kingdom and face the dangers of its wilds. Your central pursuit is to kindle the Ancient power of the Flame and uncover fragments of the story buried beneath the fallen realm.

The Shroud corrupts the land and mutates the life it touches, while the ruins and fog conceal a story of magic, ruin, hope, and redemption. The fallen cultures and ancient myths of Embervale are part of what players encounter as they travel through its biomes.

Gameplay and features

Explore varied locations: Travel through forests, caves, and dungeons in search of secret knowledge and treasure. Embervale also includes biomes such as the Kindlewastes desert and the dark canopies of The Revelwood.
Fight with varied techniques: Battle factions and bosses, including Scavengers, Vukah, and Fell creatures. Combat includes dodging, parrying, fighting skills, and spells; a skill tree lets you develop a playstyle and exploit enemy weaknesses.
Build and craft: Use voxel-based construction to make structures and customize them with materials and furniture. NPCs can take refuge in your walls, unlocking advanced workshops and the ability to craft weapons and armor.
Play cooperatively: Co-op supports up to 16 players. Friends can take on different roles and skills while raiding, gathering treasure, and fighting the Fell hordes together.
