Odyssey Wars combines real-time fleet command with first-person spaceflight in a shared simulation. Direct ships from a strategic view using formations, stances and attack-moves, then take the controls of any ship while the rest of your fleet continues to follow orders. Explore 48 instanced star systems in a shared online galaxy where commanders cooperate against PvE threats. Alongside pirate raids and co-op Operations, the game features a voiced solo campaign, resource gathering, trading, ship fitting and research, with options for cooperative play or hosting a dedicated server.

Gameplay and features

• Switch between fleet command and piloting: Issue fleet orders from the strategic view, then fly a ship yourself from its cockpit while your other ships continue carrying out their orders.
• Explore a shared galaxy: Travel through 48 star systems featuring planets, asteroid belts, stations and flyable nebulae. The shared online world is PvE-only.
• Build an economy and reputation: Mine Metals, Ice and Crystals, trade through a supply-and-demand market, fit ships, research doctrines and take contracts. Your standing can change with five powers.
• Follow a voiced solo campaign: Play an authored story across five faction routes and an unaligned path, with missions including evacuations, fighting retreats and surveys.
