Halftime Manager

HALFTIME Manager is a football management game where you take charge of a club and shape its future through team selection, tactics, player development and club operations. The match simulation is designed to be reproducible: the same save and decisions produce the same result, putting your choices at the centre of each season. Build your club over time by managing transfers, training, finances and stadium development while responding to board objectives and fan groups. Choose from several football worlds, or create a custom one, and follow matches in 3D with tactical changes available at halftime and during play.

The game includes six football worlds, from major leagues to regions across the globe. Clubs are fictional, while league structures are based on real ones. Local multiplayer supports up to four managers on one computer.

Gameplay and features

• Shape your squad and tactics: Set lineups, choose from 16 formations, plan weekly training and negotiate transfers, loans and pre-contracts. Tactical choices affect player fitness and match performance.
• Manage the club: Develop a stadium and training campus, set ticket prices, manage sponsors and loans, and work toward objectives set by the board. Four fan groups respond to club decisions.
• Watch and influence matches: View 3D match broadcasts with replays, weather and floodlights. Give team talks, make substitutions and adjust tactics at halftime or during a match.
• Create and customize: Design kits and merchandise in the Merch Lab, write dilemmas, or build a custom football world. Share creations through the Steam Workshop.
• Explore different football worlds: Choose among six game worlds, with up to four tiers, promotion and relegation, playoffs, and domestic and continental cups.
