You can manage a club in one of 50 countries, choose from 2,500 clubs at different levels, and build a squad by scouting real players and staff. Collaborate with backroom staff: New staff roles, advice and interactions give the backroom team a part in more areas of club management, with greater collaboration across the staff structure.
