Genome Guardian is a shooter set in a microscopic world of bioluminescent life and hostile microbes. Build weapons by combining DNA nucleotide types, each with a distinct firing style: Adenine fires rapidly, Cytosine offers precision, Guanine spreads shots, and Thymine adds explosive power. Turrets, perks, mods, and mutations provide further ways to shape your runs.

• Combine nucleotide weapons: Pair nucleotide types to create hybrid weapons. Examples include Bomb and Shotgun for the Blast Shotgun, two Bombs for the Bazooka, and Blast Shotgun with Shotgun for the Flak Cannon.
• Shape each run: Choose from 49 turrets, 96 perks, and 75 weapon and turret mods. Mods can change shots into effects such as sticky laser mines or bouncing fireballs.
