RWBY: Grimm Eclipse is a four-player online co-op hack-and-slash game based on the RWBY series. Players take the roles of Ruby, Weiss, Blake, and Yang as they fight Grimm across familiar locations in Remnant, as well as areas new to the show. The adventure follows an exclusive storyline featuring new Grimm types and a new villain.

The story expands on the series with new locations, enemies, and a villain not seen in the show. Missions combine combat with storytelling, while the four playable characters bring their own unlockable abilities and upgrades.
