In Mugsters, aliens have taken over Earth and enslaved humanity. You set out to drive them back and free the people they have captured, escaping each sandbox level after rescuing humans and collecting crystals.

The campaign takes place across hostile islands, with a series of levels presenting different dangers. Its puzzles call for using vehicles, explosives and traps to rescue people, gather crystals and escape.

Gameplay and features

• Physics-based problem solving: Experiment with the sandbox environment and use explosives, environmental traps and vehicles to complete objectives. The game allows different approaches, including using exploding barrels.
• Vehicles and hazards: Choose from more than 30 vehicle types, which can ram, lance, shred or shoot. Levels also feature dangers such as alien abduction rays, rocket turrets and traps while invaders pursue you.
• Local co-op campaign: A second player can join in local co-op. The single-player campaign missions are remixed for two-player play.
