Amber Isle is a shop-management and social simulation set on an island inhabited by prehistoric animal residents known as Paleofolk. You run the island’s only shop, gathering, crafting and selling items to serve customers with different needs and preferences. The central aim is to operate a successful business and help the island recover from decline.

The island has dwindled to three residents: Mayor Clawsworth, courier Maple and intern Adi. Clawsworth reluctantly approves the shop as a last attempt to revitalize Amber Isle. The adventure also reveals more about these new acquaintances, the island’s history and how it fell into disrepair.

• Serve customers and negotiate: Learn what different Paleofolk customers want, then haggle, pawn items or make counter-offers as you conduct sales and compete for a place in the Shop Rankings.
• Develop the shop and island: Use shop profits to unlock decor, walls and floors, and expand and arrange the shop as its popularity grows. Profits can also fund island rebuilding, open new areas and support paths, foliage and amenities.
• Build relationships with Paleofolk: Spend time with residents and fulfil their requests to grow friendships. Paleofolk can share upgrades and recipes as those relationships develop, and can build community spaces with your help.
• Create your Paleofolk character: Customize your character’s clothes, crests and colours, and choose from five body presets: Small Herbivore, Large Herbivore, Raptor, Large Theropod and Mammal.
